Rapha's North American expansion is continuing with new stores — or Clubhouses — being opened in Seattle and Boulder.
The British producer of high-end cycling kit is continuing its formula of shop, cafe and Rapha Cycling Club bases in one at the new locations.
Job listings for the new locations include Barista and RCC Chapter Coordinator as well as more traditional retail roles.
"At the heart of our business is the global Rapha Cycling Club, with local chapters created at each Clubhouse around the world," said Rapha founder Simon Mottram.
"We have seen exceptional growth to date, with thousands of club members now cycling and socializing together, connecting with the sport through Rapha."
The Rapha Cycling Club started in 2014 and has almost 8,000 members globally paying dues of $200 per year. Benefits include special events, an app that connects members, a calendar of RCC rides, exclusive kit and the ability to hire Canyon road bikes for $25 a day. Free coffee is thrown in as well, which could on its own cover the dues if you live or work close to a Clubhouse.
Boulder and Seattle will bring to 14 the number of Rapha Clubhouses globally.
There are three in Rapha's home territory of the UK: Manchester, and Soho and Spitalfields in London. Amsterdam and Copenhagen round out the European locations with Soeul, Sydney, Osaka and Tokyo completing the collection.
North America East and West are two of the seven vehicle-based Mobile Clubhouses, which support Rapha rides provide a presence at events.
