This iconic ride starts at the Miccosukee Community Center and rides into the scenic backcountry of North Florida and South Georgia. The road routes take riders through historic Thomasville and Boston in Georgia and through Monticello in Florida. The dirt routes are non-technical, following the beautiful canopied clay roads through the heart of classic Red Hills plantation country.
Paved Options – 100 Mile, 65 Miles and 35 Mile. Hilly Course with good pavement.
Dirt Options – 65 Mile and 40 Mile. Clay roads with some short stretches of sand and some pavement. Rigid MTBs or Cyclocross Bikes recommended.
100 Mile Paved & 62 Mile Dirt Epic compete as part of the Tallahassee World Championship Challenge.

Early Registration is $50, then $60. CCC members take off $10. Late Reg after September 30 is $70 with no membership discount.
The Spaghetti 100 is put on by the Capital City Cyclists and benefits the local Kids on Bikes Elementary Education program that teaches kids about bike safety in local schools and our local chapter of Trips for Kids that helps disadvantaged kids discover the joy of mountain biking
